On the login page, select the purple Forgot Your Password? link. Then, enter your email address. You will receive a link with instructions on how to reset your password. If you do not get the link within 30 minutes, call us at 1-877-355-7225.
Did you not receive a link?
Yes! Go to your Account screen and select Personal Information.
You can request to change your billing and/or shipping address in the app. Go to your Account screen and select Personal Information. Choose the Edit button to update. You will see confirmation when the update has been made.
You can change your phone number in your ExactCare App. Go to your Account screen and select Personal Information. Choose the Edit button to update.
Yes. You can give your family or caregiver your log-in information so they can access your app account.
You and whomever you may share your account information with only have access to your ExactCare App. Your healthcare team cannot see your information through this portal.

You will be locked out of your account for one hour if you enter the wrong email and/or password too many times.
The error message will say: Your account is locked due to five failed login attempts. Please try again in one hour.
If this happens, you will need to wait an hour before trying to log in again. If you need help accessing your account, call us at 1-877-355-7225.
There are a couple of common reasons you might not be getting emails from the app.
You do not have emails turned on in your notification preferences.
Here is how you can check and turn them on:
You did not verify your email address.
We will send you an email with a link to verify your email address after you create your app account. It is required to verify your email address if you want to receive messages to your email inbox from the app.
Follow these steps if you need another email verification sent:
You may already have an account created using this email address. If that is the case, you can select Forgot Password under the Password field on the login page. This will send an email to you to reset your password.
