What can I do in the ExactCare App?
The ExactCare App helps you stay organized with your medications by managing your account and accessing your medication information. Here's what you can do:

How do I use the left side of my home screen?
If you are using the desktop version, there are helpful buttons on the left side of your screen. These helpful buttons take up the entire main screen on the mobile version.
Clicking these quickly takes you to other parts of the app. For example, clicking Manage My History takes you to the history of your medication log.
Can I adjust the text size in the app?
You can adjust the text to a larger size if the words in the app are too small so reading is easier.

- Select Larger Text and change the size using the slider

Select the icon that is located on the bottom left side of your screen. This button will always be on your screen.

Why don't I see any medications on my Today screen?
There are a couple of common reasons why this might happen.
- We may need more info from you before we send your next order.
- Your order has not been delivered yet.
- If you are a new patient, we might still be transferring your medications to us. This screen will become available to you after we receive all of your medication.
