Go to your Account and choose Notification Preferences. Select the toggle to the right of the notifications you would like to turn off.

Can I save messages in my inbox?
All of your messages will stay in your inbox unless you choose to delete them. You can go back and read them anytime.
Can I get mobile push notifications or email alerts?
Yes! You can manage these preferences on your Account screen. Select Notification Preferences, where you can choose to receive emails and push notifications from the app. You can toggle each type of notification on or off.
I got a message that my order was returned. What should I do?
If you get this message, please call us right away at 1-877-355-7225 so you can receive your medications as soon as possible. You may be seeing this for a number of reasons:
- The address is incorrect.
- Someone at the delivery address refused the package.
- The carrier could not complete the delivery attempt.
How can I get a deleted app message back?
You can get deleted messages back by using the filter feature in your app's inbox.
Here is how to do it:
- Go to your Inbox in the app.
- Select All Messages at the top with the three horizontal lines.
- Choose Deleted to see all your deleted messages.
- Find the message you want to recover and select it.
- Choose Move to Inbox in the top right corner.
Can I reply to my app messages?
You can't reply to messages in the app. You can only receive messages from us.

Why did my medication reminders stop?
There are a couple of common reasons why your reminders may have stopped. Please check these two reasons. If you still need help, call us at 1-877-355-7225.
The medication reminders were turned off. Follow these steps to check if they are off:
1. Go to the Home screen.
2. Choose Set Medication Reminders.
3. The toggle will be off and marked as No if your reminders are off.
4. To turn these back on, click the toggle, and it will say Yes.
5. Toggle all medication reminders or individual reminders to On.
6. You can update your medication reminder times to fit your lifestyle for specific times of day and change your time zone.
Your order's start date has not begun. Here is how to check:
1. Go to the Deliveries screen.
2. Select your delivery.
3. The Start Date in the top left of the screen will tell you what day you should begin taking your medication in that order.
4. You will not receive medication reminders if your start date has not begun yet.
