How can I make a payment?
We have a few different ways you can make a payment. You have the option to:

- Set up and manage autopay.
- Sign up for paperless billing.
- View monthly statements.
- Pay by phone using our automated payment system by calling 1-877-355-7225 and choosing option 8.
- Make a one-time payment on our website.
- Mail in a check or money order.

What is the easiest way to make a payment?
The easiest way to pay and manage your payment info is in your account online. You can create an online account through our website or by downloading the ExactCare mobile app.
Here you can:
- Make a one-time payment.
- Store your card info to make future payments faster.
- Set up and manage autopay so your payments are made on time every month.
- Sign up for paperless billing and view your monthly statements.
Can I safely store my payment information?
Yes. You can store your payment information through the online ExactCare App account. You can create an online account through our website or by downloading the ExactCare mobile app.
Where can I find my billing account number?
Your 12-digit account number is on your statement. It is in the bottom right corner.
How do I enroll in paperless billing?
In your online account, you can choose to receive your statements by email instead of in the mail each month. Follow these steps:
- Go to Account.
- Choose Payments and Billing.
- Select the Paperless Billing toggle to turn on.
- You will see a confirmation message after you turn it on to enroll.
You can come back at any time to unenroll to receive your statements by mail.
When is my payment due?
Payment of your statement balance is required within 30 days of receipt of your billing statement. You can also make arrangements to make smaller payments over the course of the month to pay your bill in full.
Do I have to pay all at once?
No. You can make multiple payments per month to pay your full balance.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Health Savings Account (HSA) Card*
An HSA card is a Health Savings Account Debit Card that allows you to purchase healthcare-related goods and services. The cost of each eligible medical purchase is deducted from your HSA account.
If we don’t have a relationship with your HSA plan, let us know. We can try and get it approved so you can use your card.
What if I can’t make my payment?
Call us! If you are unable to make a payment, we’d like to talk to you as soon as possible to work something out. Balances older than 60 days or failure to make required payments or other arrangements in a timely manner may impact our ability to continue providing you with our services.
Can I have my billing statement sent somewhere other than my home address?
Yes. We can save multiple addresses on file for you. Just let us know where you would like to receive your medication deliveries and where you would like us to mail your billing statement. If you like, we can send it to someone else who handles your finances, such as a family member.
You can also update this here in your online ExactCare account. Go to your Account screen and select Personal Information. Choose the Edit button to update. You will see confirmation when the update has been made.
Can I set up and manage auto-payments?
Yes, you can make automatic payments using your credit card, debit card, or direct bank withdrawal. At the close of your billing cycle, or upon a date of your choosing, your preferred payment method will automatically be charged the amount of your statement balance.

I'm a new patient. When will I find out my copayments?
After you complete your health and medication review, a member of our pharmacy team will call you to review your copayments. It is important that you answer any calls you receive from ExactCare and return our calls as soon as you can.
Who determines copayments?
Your copayments are set by your insurance plan.
How much is delivery?
ExactCare does not charge a delivery fee.
Why is my bill this amount?
You receive one bill per month for all your medications. Your bill includes:
- Copayments for your prescription and as-needed medications
- Cost of non-prescription medications not covered by your insurance
If you are used to paying for your medications each time you get them from the pharmacy, receiving a monthly bill will be a change for you. Please call us if you think you will have trouble paying for all your medications at once.
