Choose the Deliveries tab and select the delivery you want more information on. You will see the shipped date, tracking information, delivery date, included medication, and the monthly order's start and end date.
How do I find my delivery status?
How far back can I see my past orders?
You can see your order history from the last 90 days (about three months) in your app account. This means that after 90 days, older orders will no longer be shown.
What address are my medications shipped to?
You can check the shipping address we have on file for you on the Deliveries screen of the app. It is listed at the top of the page.
Please ensure the address is correct so your deliveries are not delayed. If it is incorrect, call us at 1-877-355-7225 so we can update it.
How do I track my deliveries in the app?
If your order is being delivered by UPS, USPS or FedEx:
- Go to your Deliveries screen.
- Pick the order you want to check.
- Select the Track Delivery button.
- You will be taken to the carrier's site to see your order's tracking details.
